Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at our Sewickley, PA location. The Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include developing tailored treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, managing cases, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The therapist will also support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, offering guidance and strategies to help them navigate challenges and improve overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Knowledge and experience in therapy practices
• Strong grounding in Mental Health and Family Therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and provide ethical care
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), PsyD, PhD or equivalent in Pennsylvania
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
